What you need to do if:
Your vehicle is involved in an accident
If you are involved in an accident or there is a theft from your vehicle, please contact our Accident Management team on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 1. This service is available 24 hours a day and will provide you with all necessary advice and assistance.
Your vehicle breaks down
If your vehicle breaks down please call 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 2 for breakdown assistance. This service is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Your vehicle requires tyre replacement
If you require your tyres checking or replacing please call in to any Kwik-Fit centre. Alternatively please call our tyre line on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 3 to request a mobile tyre fitting vehicle to come and visit you at a convenient location.
Your vehicle requires windscreen/glass replacement or repair
If you require Glass replacement please call our Glass replacement line on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 4 to request a mobile glass replacement vehicle to come and visit you at a convenient location. This service is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
You want to take your vehicle abroad
To enable you to take your vehicle abroad we have appointed the AA to issue the appropriate documentation on our behalf please call 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 5 . (Please refer to your own company’s car policy for payment instructions)
Your vehicle requires a routine service, repair or MOT
If your vehicle requires routine service, repair or MOT work either click here to book online or you can take your vehicle to any convenient approved repairer. Always advise the repairer that your vehicle is managed by Car Benefit Solutions and that they should seek authorisation prior to the commencement of any chargeable work.

The repairer can contact Car Benefit Solutions either through the 1-Link system or by calling 0870 42 88 6 88 and selecting option 6 .
Your Road Fund Licence (Car Tax) is up for renewal
Car Benefit Solutions will normally send the Road Fund Licence (Car Tax disc) directly to your home address, we aim for you to have received this approximately 1 week before the expiry date of our current disc, Should you have any queries please call Fleet Services on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 7 or email us at: fleetservices@carbenefitsolutions.co.uk.
You wish to arrange a replacement/hire car
Should you require a hire vehicle please contact us on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 7.
You wish to put a personalised number plate on your vehicle

You have any mechanical queries or concerns regarding your vehicle

Your responsibilities:
When your vehicle is delivered
Please inspect the vehicle to confirm the following:
  • The vehicle is matches the order you placed, including any options selected.
  • There is no damage on the vehicle.
Please also complete the delivery checklist provided by the delivery agent and ensure that you receive full instructions regarding the vehicle’s controls.
Repairing any damage
Please make arrangements to repair any known defects as soon as possible to ensure the safe operation of your vehicle. Should you require any guidance please call us on 0870 42 88 6 88 and select option 8.
If you return your vehicle
If you return your vehicle at any time an independent vehicle inspection will be carried out which must be signed by yourself or someone on behalf of you and your employer. Also please ensure that all keys are returned along with the service book and you have removed all personal effects.
