Car Benefit Solutions (CBS) is one of the UK’s leading providers of automotive benefits consultancy, specialising in the development and implementation of structured company car alternatives. The CBS product suite includes financial modelling, technical advice, policy development, Inland Revenue compliance, project management and Health Checks.
CBS were engaged to design and implement a group wide Employee Car Ownership (ECO) scheme for Birse Group plc. The key characteristics of the scheme had to include financial and administrative efficiencies, protection of employee benefits and of equal importance longetivity. CBS also developed and implemented a range of additional critical solutions which facilitated the ability to continue with existing arrangements throughout a transitional phase. Blending technical expertise and commercial awareness with a client friendly approach, CBS are seen as a trusted business partner.
