CBS offer a range of funding solutions from fully outsourced funding to managing client owned finance companies. CBS can help you decide on the most appropriate method for your organisation whatever your objective is such as; releasing capital, improving performance indicators such as EBITDA or reducing balance sheet risk.

As CBS is independent it is not constrained in developing funding solutions that meet your exact requirements. Traditionally companies have had the choice of either fully outsourced funding or purchasing the asset outright. CBS has found that some companies, for a variety of reasons, want a more flexible approach. Some clients have asked CBS to fund some or all of the elements of their fleet and CBS have designed structures to facilitate this.

CBS also has significant experience in refinancing fleets both ECOS and company cars. The type of refinancing that CBS has funded and/or managed includes:

Refinancing to CBS ECOS from:
  • Client outright purchase company car
  • Contract Hire company car
  • Client funded ECOS
  • Externally funded ECOS
CBS has also refinanced company cars and commercial vehicles on a standard sale and leaseback arrangement.

In addition CBS consultants have managed the refinance from client outright purchased company cars to client funded ECOS using finance companies set up for the purpose.
