Fleet Health Check

CBS offers a comprehensive Health-Check service which allows you to understand your fleet and make the right decisions going forward. The Health-Check programme includes the following:

Financial Analysis
CBS will calculate the real cost of operating your vehicle fleet. We will then compare this to the cost using more appropriate contract terms if applicable and other funding methods that maybe more suitable to your business.

Risk Assessment
CBS will evaluate the risks inherent in your existing method of vehicle funding. This may include such risks as residual value exposure, excess mileage provision, insurance costs, etc.

Compliance Review
CBS will review the operation of your vehicle fleet to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards including; tax, accounting, health and safety, employment law and where it is relevant Consumer Credit and associated regulations

Policy Review
CBS will review your car policy to ensure it is comprehensive and supports the benefit. In addition CBS will assess the level of the benefit being provided and compare this with benchmarks for similar organisations.

CBS will deliver a detailed Health-Check report including finding and recommendations and present these to the project sponsor.
