Chairman
Dennis has over 30 years experience in the vehicle finance, leasing and contract hire industry. After founding Elton Vehicle Contracts in 1985, he grew the fleet size to 7,000 before initiating the sale of the business to First National Bank, a subsidiary of Abbey National plc. As Managing Director of First National Vehicle Holdings, Dennis accepted the challenge from the new parent leading the company to a top four market position, with a fleet size of 75,000 vehicles, within 5 years. Dennis now provides valuable experience and support to the CBS Team in addition to his other interests in vehicle and finance leasing businesses.

Managing Director
Martin qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG working in general practice, taxation and forensic accounting in the UK and US before moving on to develop insurance and tax solutions working for a consultancy based on the Isle of Man. Martin was at the forefront of the development of the earliest Car Ownership Schemes and is now widely recognised as a leading authority on structured car schemes and other related vehicle finance in the UK . Martin has worked with some of the UK 's highest profile organisations including businesses in the pharmaceutical, finance, insurance and energy sectors, to develop bespoke solutions to meet their specific fleet and associated funding, reporting and risk objectives.

Commercial Director
Gerry has over 20 years experience working in asset finance during which time he has developed skill sets that traverse several business disciplines including; project management, business development, service delivery, financial reporting and development and delivery of communication strategies. Gerry is currently responsible for servicing CBS's largest client and developing new business pipeline opportunities.

Technical Director
Neil is CIMA qualified and has extensive experience of working within large corporations and professional environments including disciplines such as project management, systems development, financial control and reporting, tax and legal compliance and solution design. Neil has been working in a consultancy role for over 10 years during which time he has been pivotal in the design and implementation of structured Car Ownership Schemes for blue-chip organisations in the banking, energy, pharmaceutical, electronic, retail and marketing sectors. Neil is responsible for the CBS consultancy team and technical compliance of the solutions developed and implemented by CBS.

Operations Director
Paul qualified as a chartered certified accountant whilst working for a leading tax and audit practice. Paul specialises in tax and financial planning and has designed and implemented bespoke vehicle solutions for several large UK organisations across a wide range of business sectors. In addition to his consultancy role, Paul is also responsible for the finance, risk and operational functions within CBS.
