CBS takes home trophy for Customer Excellence for the second year running
Car Benefit Solutions attended the seventh annual Made in Bury Business Awards (MIBBAs) yesterday (28th November), held at the Longfield Suite in Prestwich.
CBS received the award in Customer Excellence after being shortlisted in three categories. As well as being announced as the winners of the Customer Excellence accolade, the company received two highly commended nods for Developing People and Best in Class Large Business.
The Customer Excellence category recognises that the organisation puts customers first and demonstrates a commitment to maintaining or improving customer service initiatives. Car Benefit Solutions prides itself on living and breathing the principles of customer centricity, as well as core values of Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Pride, Enjoyment and Accountability.
The MIBBAs were established to reward Bury businesses and recognise their outstanding achievements. There were twenty plaudits handed out on the night, in categories encompassing a range of sectors for both large and small businesses and individuals. Awards were judged by a high-profile panel of community leaders, including Councillor David Jones, Leader of Bury Council and our own Group Managing Director, Martin Maguire.
As well as receiving an award, CBS sponsored the Family Business Award, which aims to highlight the best family-run businesses in the borough from any business sector. CBS’ Chairman Dennis Studholme presented the award to Connect Comms, which provides cloud-based communications solutions from its HQ in Bury town centre.
