Car Benefit Solutions delighted to receive award at MIBBA’s debut
The Customer Excellence award recognises that the business puts customers at the heart of the company, demonstrating outstanding customer service through workforce development and procedures.
Car Benefit Solutions made its debut at the sixth annual Made in Bury Business Awards (MIBBA’s) yesterday (22nd November) and was shortlisted in three categories including Customer Excellence, Best in Class Large Business and Backing Young Bury. As well as taking home a trophy, the company received two highly commended nods for Best in Class Large Business and Backing Young Bury.
The Car Benefit Solutions team enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Longfield Suite in Prestwich followed by the awards ceremony which celebrates the Bury business community, rewarding and recognising their outstanding achievements.
There were over twenty plaudits handed out on the night, in categories encompassing a range of sectors for both large and small businesses. Awards were judged by a high-profile panel of community leaders, headed up by Councillor Rishi Shori, Leader of Bury Council.

These principles are embedded right from the induction process through to internal policies and operating procedures. With a customer satisfaction rate of 98% and an NPS score of 93.9 from more than 20,000 respondents, the organisation is always striving to deliver the highest possible standards.
