Launch of the CBS Portal

New update for scheme websites

We have been working tirelessly over the last few months to develop and improve our bespoke scheme websites for our driver and employer customers.

Launched in January, the CBS Portal is designed to allow Scheme Coordinators and drivers access to all of their schemes from one central location, rather than logging into different websites individually to view the range of vehicles available or produce quotations. During roll-out, employers were invited to webinars to discuss the updates, alongside a suite of materials to support the transition.

The CBS Portal will also mean that employers can easily manage driver eligibility, choosing which CBS schemes and pricing employees have access to, using the new ‘Group Administration’ function.

From the Group Administration page, employers can easily filter employees based on the driver’s job role, the brand they work for and whether or not they are eligible for a company vehicle. CBS will send the Group Administrator a daily reminder email when there are actions outstanding on the CBS Portal.
