Create and execute plans to convert CBS Prospect Groups from Prospect Status to Active Engaged
The Challenge Ahead
To ensure that CBS are the number one choice for all stakeholders of employee car ownership schemes including Brand Partner, Group Customer and Group Employee.
Ensure a coherent up-to-date, detailed and approved plan exists and is recorded on CRM outlining a plan to engage contractually with regionally designated Groups and sites where a company contract is not in place.
Once contractually engaged, ensure newly signed Prospect Groups are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills and materials to enable CBS products to be made available to eligible employees.
Research and analyse the background status of Target Prospects and their Key Personnel (Decisions Makers) in order to align the NDT BDU approach with the Dealer Prospects Customers’ ever-changing needs. Plan and record on CRM all Group and site interaction in advance in order to satisfy the needs of the Group and CBS, and in accordance with the company charter.
In situations where contractual engagement and active status is not secured, understand why and work with all relevant departments to implement a dynamic approach to solutions and products in order to court and secure all Prospect Groups, recording this intel on CRM.
Work closely with the wider Network Development Team ensuring all new contracts secured move smoothly through contractual engagement status on to satisfactorily active live status before handing over to the relevant Regional Manager.
Actively and clearly communicate the features and benefits of CBS products, making full use of company approved marketing materials.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure alignment to strategies and KPIs.
Equip all Dealers/Sites with the relevant knowledge, skills and materials to enable CBS products to be made available to eligible Employees.
Update the BDU Operations Manager regularly, providing market trend information and progress relating to prospect discussions, agreed objectives and developments with Dealer Groups.
Manage a busy workload including Call Quota, Prospect Visits and Reporting, meeting deadlines.
Maintain accurate, complete and up to date Dealer/Site contact records on the CRM System.
Plan and record on CRM all Group and site interaction in advance in order to satisfy the needs of the Group and CBS, and in accordance with the company charter.
Work collaboratively with representatives from Manufacturer Brand partners to maintain the fleet and maximise incremental registration opportunities.
Work on key projects as assigned, ensuring delivery timescales and objectives are achieved.
Adopt, embrace and communicate a best practice culture in accordance with the CBS Core Values and Customer Centricity Values.
Promote and comply with all company minimum standards as detailed in the company handbook and other relevant policies and procedures.
Attend monthly Network Development Team meetings alongside any other relevant meetings on and off site.
Complete any ad hoc activities in a professional and timely manner.
The Person Profile
Educated to GCSE Levels including English and Mathematics
Business development related training or qualification
Finance related training or qualification
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes
A proven track record in a target and results driven environment
A self-starter who adopts a proactive and commercially mindful approach to all endeavours
Meticulous planner with excellent prioritisation skills who is able to deliver objectives to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
Exemplary presentation skills to deliver internal and external presentations
Automotive commercial awareness with up to date industry knowledge
Good financial understanding
Previous experience working with a CRM system
Articulate, with the ability to produces meaningful and accurate reports
A team player who develops excellent working relationships within the team and the wider business
Ability to build relationships up to Board Level adopting a credible approach to all interactions
Previous experience in a field-based role.
Proficient with all MS Office applications
A customer centric individual who aligns themselves with customer centricity values to represent CBS positively
