HOW TO ORDER
Register on the website and select a vehicle from the choice list
Already registered?
Your Scheme Co-ordinator will generate a quote and credit sale agreement for you to accept and sign online
You will be contacted to arrange a convenient time to pick up your new car
Once signed, your vehicle will be ordered and delivered to your selected Kia Dealer

Please note: You will be asked to confirm that your new scheme vehicle is undamaged at this point, should you spot anything that you are not entirely happy with, please notify the Kia Dealer representative during the inspection.
Any damage not reported at this time may be charged to you at the end of your contract.
SCHEME ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a scheme vehicle, the employee must:
Be 23 years of age or older.*
Have passed your
probationary period.
Be able to afford vehicle repayments.
Not be bankrupt or subject to the terms of an IVA.
*Please note: Selected employees that are aged 21 or 22 may be eligible for scheme vehicles. For more information contact the Scheme Helpdesk.
RENEWAL PROCESS
If you have currently have a scheme vehicle and would like to order another, CBS offer a replacement service which will create a smooth transition from vehicle to vehicle.
